On 28 July, 2021 Saudi Ports Authority & the Cruise Saudi Company inaugurated the first cruise ship terminal at Jeddah Islamic Port. Two days later, for the very first time, MSC Bellissima set sail from Jeddah Islamic Port to regional destinations i.e. Jordan & Egypt. From 30th July 2021 to 30th October 2021, MSC Bellissima will make 21 voyages around the Red Sea.
The MSC Bellissima offers three-to-four-night cruises, round trip prices starting from 2195 SAR, to Petra via Aqaba, Jordan & Luxor via Safaga, Egypt and , before returning back to Jeddah.
To facilitate tourism in Saudi Arab, the authorities have eased the procedure to acquire electronic tourism visa.
The MSC Bellissima is 315 meters long and has a capacity of 4,500 passengers. It has a wide variety of amenities including:
